In order to manage the day-to-day
operation of guiding, and to free volunteers’ time from
administration, some Counties may employ staff. All Countries and
Regions have their own headquarters with a small staff team led
by the Country/Region Manager. Staff roles and teams vary around
the country according to local needs.
Girlguiding UK’s staff are based at CHQ and are led by the Chief
Executive who is:

members at their local level.
